With the launch of the new CMDC website, we are hoping to use this as another platform to start proactively address common issues that designers across Canada are contacting us with. From installation and activation issues to detailed questions about the inner workings of MASS’s design routines, there is a 99.9 percent chance that what you are looking for has been asked by dozens of MASS users before you.
Rolling forward, I’m planning on starting an ongoing series of posts addressing the “heavy hitters” of common support questions that come through emails and phone calls on a regular basis.
